Filing a Formal Complaint

How to File a Complaint

Before Filing Your Complaint

Is the organization you are a member of, affiliated with the Saskatchewan Racquetball Association?

If no, your complaint is not admissible.

Did the incident occur during a competition and was it addressed through the competition officials or rules of the sport/competition?

If so, you will need to provide this information with your complaint.

Has your complaint been filed/dealt with anywhere else? Your complaint may not be admissible if it has already been handled under a different process or jurisdiction?

If yes, provide this information when filing a complaint.

Can the issue be resolved without a formal complaint?

If appropriate, attempt to speak with coaches, staff or the other individuals involved in the dispute to resolve the matter.

If you are ready to proceed with a formal complaint review the Step-By-Step Guide to Filing a Complaint

Are you or the person you are reporting a complaint about an Abuse-Free Sport Participant (such as a Racquetball Canada athlete, coach, official or staff person) and is the incident a breach of the Universal Code of Code to Prevent Maltreatment in Sport (UCCMS)?
